Why can’t I set my own prices?+
Every pastor offers the same three monthly memberships ($70, $99 and $179) so members can choose a pastor by fit, not by price, and every member gets the same clear checkout, renewal and cancellation terms. You decide how much time you give by opening times in your calendar, and you keep your share of every membership payment.
How much do I earn?+
You receive 75% of every membership payment and Selah Space keeps 25%. The first 25 approved pastors are founding pastors and pay 10% for as long as Selah Space runs. Selah Space covers card processing fees, and any member discount or promo code is paid by Selah Space, not from your share.
How and when do I get paid?+
You connect a Stripe account from Pastor studio. When a member pays, your share goes straight to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on your payout schedule. Pastor studio shows each payment and your share.
What do I need before members can book me?+
Your profile is reviewed and approved, your Zoom account is connected, and your Stripe payouts are set up. Your profile appears to members once Zoom is connected, and you only take bookings for the times you open.
How do sessions work?+
Each session is a private 20-minute Zoom conversation. Selah Space creates the meeting on your Zoom account with a waiting room and passcode, and automatic recording off. You can join from Pastor studio 10 minutes before it starts.
What if I need to change a session?+
Use Selah Space to reschedule or cancel, let your member know as early as you can, and offer another open time. Members can also reschedule within their membership month, and a session they cancel in advance returns to their month.
